Airport coverage from Lambourn
Heathrow is the most-booked run — typically 75–90 minutes door-to-Terminal-5 outside rush hour via the M4 J14. Gatwick is normally 2 hours via the M4 and M25 anti-clockwise. Luton, Stansted and Birmingham are all regularly driven and quoted as fixed prices, including return fares with airside waiting. Every flight is tracked: if you land early we are already at the rank; if you are delayed there is no extra charge unless the delay exceeds the included waiting window quoted at booking.
Weddings in and around RG17
We have driven for ceremonies at St Michael's Lambourn, country-house venues across the Valley of the Racehorse, and barns and marquees on private estates. We turn up early in a polished, valeted car, hold doors, manage timings with the photographer, and quote the whole booking as a single fixed price including any second-trip shuttles for the wedding party.
Race-day transport from the Valley
Lambourn is the second-largest training centre in Britain — race days at Newbury, Ascot, Cheltenham, Sandown and Goodwood are bread and butter. We know which approach roads close, where the owner and trainer car-parks actually are, and how long it takes to clear the course after the last race so we can be at the right gate at the right time.
Night-out and theatre runs
Newbury, Hungerford, Reading and London theatre returns are common. We charge a fixed price both ways agreed in writing, hold the post-show pickup, and get you home through the back roads when the M4 is shut for overnight resurfacing.
